(1) Silver, Fine-grain Silver Series: High electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and chemical stability. Easy to produce and good tensile strength. Low contact resistance and temperature in the installation test.

(2) Silver Nickel Alloy Series: Good performance in arc erosion resistance and high resistance against welding. Good conductivity and thermal conductivity.

(3) Silver Oxidation Alloy Series: Including AgCdO, AgSnO2, and AgSnO2In2O3

(4)Silver Cadmium Oxide Series: Good performance in arc erosion and welding resistance. Long electric life. In some specific fields, so far, no other material can be replaced.

(5)Silver Copper Alloy Series: Silver copper alloy have better performance in resistance against welding than silver. Silver has a better performance in arc erosion resistance.

5. Usage:

Silver Alloy Wire can be used to manufacture Rivet Contacts and Contact Bridges by automatics welding Machine. They are widely applied in low voltage electrical appliances, such as Contactor, Relay, Starter, Voltage Controller, Automobile, etc.

The equipment for manufacturing contact wire includes 800ton Extrusion Machines, 500ton Oil Pressure Machines, Oxide Anneal Furnace, High equality Pressure Machine, Ionic Contamination Test System AAS/WF10, Color Microscope From Japan,3D Image Apparatus, Atom Spectral Analysis, Photometer, Pull and Hardness Test Machine. We can develop and manufacture them according to customers’ specific requirements and the output surpasses 260 tons annually.

6. How do you control quality? Can you give a simple description?

we provide tri-metal Silver Electrical Contacts samples to customers for checking before production; we will not produce until the sample is approved; we will do the product inspection randomly in the process of production to detect the problem in time, we also will select random products for customers to checking according to customers’ requirements after the completion of the production before shipping.

For the products with high assembly requirements, we will ask customers to provide the assembly parts, to ensure that the products can be assembled ok before shipment.

 

7. Can you report during production?

During production, we mainly Provide valuable pictures or videos to our customers, we provide clear pictures of silver tri-metal contact rivets samples to customers for checking before the shipment; provide pictures of products and cross-section inspection report which is in the process of production; provide detailed packaging pictures showing the quantity and packaging of each product clearly after the completion of production.

8. How do you arrange freight?

For samples, we usually use Courier, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, and EMS. If gross weight is below 100kg, we usually deliver them by air, for 100kg or above, we usually deliver by ship. If our customer is in urgent needs to get the goods, we can arrange to send them by air.

 

9. How about communication?

Our sales department communicates with customers by using a variety of Apps (WhatsApp, Skype, Trademanager, Wechat, etc.), telephone, and e-mail, and adjusts the working hours according to the customer time difference to keep in touch with customers and answer customer inquiries at the earliest time possible.
