As Wenzhou Longsun Electrical Alloy Co., Ltd. has manufactured electrical contacts for many years, so they have many different types in stock, if the electrical contact you need is similar to the size in stock, they can send them to you within one day, if you can not use the similar size, they can make samples and send them within 10-15 days.

 

5. Can you make some special electrical contacts such as a special shape or use special contact material?

We can provide some electrical contacts made with special materials, such as CCW contact material, AgWC contact material, AgW contact material, AgCu contact material, CuAg, contact material, AuAgCu contact material, AgCuNi contact material…

6. How do you control quality? Can you give a simple description?

we provide tri-metal Silver Electrical Contacts samples to customers for checking before production; we will not produce until the sample is approved; we will do the product inspection randomly in the process of production to detect the problem in time, we also will select random products for customers to checking according to customers’ requirements after the completion of the production before shipping.

For the products with high assembly requirements, we will ask customers to provide the assembly parts, to ensure that the products can be assembled ok before shipment.

 

7. Can you report during production?

During production, we mainly Provide valuable pictures or videos to our customers, we provide clear pictures of silver tri-metal contact rivets samples to customers for checking before the shipment; provide pictures of products and cross-section inspection report which is in the process of production; provide detailed packaging pictures showing the quantity and packaging of each product clearly after the completion of production.

8. How do you arrange freight?

For samples, we usually use Courier, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, and EMS. If gross weight is below 100kg, we usually deliver them by air, for 100kg or above, we usually deliver by ship. If our customer is in urgent needs to get the goods, we can arrange to send them by air.

 

9. How about communication?
