3. General description

Silver tin oxide is the most environmentally friendly low-voltage contact material to replace toxic silver cadmium oxide, has excellent anti-fusion welding and arc erosion resistance, and has been gradually replaced by silver cadmium oxide materials that are widely used in contactors and general relays, magnetic retention Relays, automotive relays.

Silver oxide tin oxide materials added 3 ~ 5 wt.% Indium oxide will have better wear resistance to material transfer under DC load conditions and are suitable for applications in automotive relays and other fields.

 

4. Application Scope

Mainly used in the low Voltage switching devices. They are typically used in circuit breaker switches, relays, etc., especially for automotive DC appliances such as contactors, starters, and light switches, with better resistance to DC metal processes.

AgW, CuW, AgWC contacts choose different powder materials by adding inside Ni, Co mineral and by using pre-sinter and active sinter technology then improve their consistency and ameliorate the electrical function of contact materials. Mainly used in middle and large capacity relay, contactor, middle and small capacity low voltage breaker, DC/AC switch, drive protective switch, creepage protective switch, etc.
Their applications are as follows:
A) AgW series
All kinds of omnipotence breakers, plastic breakers, heavy charge AC/DC contact or other switches.
B) CuW series
Widely used in high voltage breakers.
C) AgWC/AgWCC series
Mainly used in high electricity charge switchgear such as a breaker, and creepage switch. Generally, they are used with AgNi , AgWC together.
D) AgNi series
Widely used in DC/AC relay, designation switch, contactor, light switch, thermal controller, timer of washer, etc.
E) AgNiC series
Widely used in omnipotence breakers such as DW45 intelligence coupling with AgW.
F) AgC series

6. How do you control quality? Can you give a simple description?

we provide tri-metal Silver Electrical Contacts samples to customers for checking before production; we will not produce until the sample is approved; we will do the product inspection randomly in the process of production to detect the problem in time, we also will select random products for customers to checking according to customers’ requirements after the completion of the production before shipping.

For the products with high assembly requirements, we will ask customers to provide the assembly parts, to ensure that the products can be assembled ok before shipment.

 

7. Can you report during production?

During production, we mainly Provide valuable pictures or videos to our customers, we provide clear pictures of silver tri-metal contact rivets samples to customers for checking before the shipment; provide pictures of products and cross-section inspection report which is in the process of production; provide detailed packaging pictures showing the quantity and packaging of each product clearly after the completion of production.

8. How do you arrange freight?

For samples, we usually use Courier, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, and EMS. If gross weight is below 100kg, we usually deliver them by air, for 100kg or above, we usually deliver by ship. If our customer is in urgent needs to get the goods, we can arrange to send them by air.
