3. General description

AgWC material has a good performance in resistance to contact welding and installation, low contact resistance, and high arc erosion resistance. AgWC is very hard and has sufficient mechanical strength, during arcing a protective gas layer of CO is formed which limits the reaction of oxygen on the contact surface and therefore the formation of metal oxides.

Widely applied in various kinds of universal type breaker, MCCB (molded case circuit breaker, heavy load of AC&DC contactor and other switch electrical appliances, etc.

6. Product feature

1, Tri-metal contact has a contact surface as Fe material, with small convexes to increase welding. It helps the welding stability of contact with bi-metal sheet and stainless steel sheet base materials etc.

2, Welding position is bonded by melting metals. Its electrical stability is much better than riveting contact with its perfect image and position, If riveting may commonly distort bi-metal in too lose welding. Later it influences the temperature meter with data deviation.

3, By comparison with Welding Contact, it has a short heat time and a clean environment. It is available for mini part production, especially for the mini system.

we provide tri-metal Silver Electrical Contacts samples to customers for checking before production; we will not produce until the sample is approved; we will do the product inspection randomly in the process of production to detect the problem in time, we also will select random products for customers to checking according to customers’ requirements after the completion of the production before shipping.

For the products with high assembly requirements, we will ask customers to provide the assembly parts, to ensure that the products can be assembled ok before shipment.

 

7. Can you report during production?

During production, we mainly Provide valuable pictures or videos to our customers, we provide clear pictures of silver tri-metal contact rivets samples to customers for checking before the shipment; provide pictures of products and cross-section inspection report which is in the process of production; provide detailed packaging pictures showing the quantity and packaging of each product clearly after the completion of production.

8. How do you arrange freight?

For samples, we usually use Courier, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, and EMS. If gross weight is below 100kg, we usually deliver them by air, for 100kg or above, we usually deliver by ship. If our customer is in urgent needs to get the goods, we can arrange to send them by air.
